- Les nostres activitats estan subjectes al canvi de les condicions meteorològiques i a l'estat del mar, inclòs durant la sortida. Per aquest motiu Nàutica Carreras es pot veure obligada a cancel·lar l'activitat; en aquest cas el client podrà escollir entre ajornar l'activitat o a la devolució de l'import abonat.
- Si cancel·la o modifica el client s'aplicaran els següents criteris de penalització:
- Deu dies abans està penalitzat amb el 25% de l'import total de la reserva.
- De nou a quatre dies abans està penalitzat amb el 50% de l'import total de la reserva.
- Tres dies abans o menys està penalitzat amb el 100% de l'import total de la reserva
